My wheel chair bound grandmother, myself, and my mom tried to cash a check. There was a two car wait and it wasn't moving. At all. My mom went into the bank, this is in over 100 degree weather mind you, and they had no tellers! The only two tellers they had were allegedly at the window of the drive in. I say allegedly because only one window was open. My grandmother, who wouldn't have been able to enter the bank alone, won't switch banks because her husband was a banker with Chase. Was. He is deceased and has been for several years and the bank won't take the time of day to so much as cash a check, yes, a normal check. I will never bank with Chase as long as I live. What if she needed the money for a nessesity? I realize this is a very long and maybe too detailed and seem to angry but it isn't.

Today I had gone to their atm , as i am depositing money I get a slip that says the machine has been having technical difficulties. I check my account & it was showing that nothing was deposited. I call to get the problem solved & once I do I'm expecting to get my money within that hour , I later find out its going to take 12 Hours to get my money deposited. Chase should of put up a sign or closed that atm until it was fixed. To not be able to get your money when you want it is irrating. Chase should take the time to go & put up a sign so Noone has the same problem.

Good luck getting an appointment and when you finally do get one they'll claim you never made it and ask if perhaps you called the wrong branch.

This location sucks been in the drive through line for over twenty minutes and going inside is no better. They don't have enough people. This a constant problem with this location. They either need to hirer more people or close this location and the customer service is never good.
