I have been banking with Bank of America since their inception, and until recently, was quite satisfied. However, this has all changed in the last few years. As mentioned they closed their drive through, and many times have long lines for tellers. They try to encourage everyone to use the cash machines instead of using the tellers. Seems they don't want us coming inside. Calling to talk on the phone is a waste of time anymore as they don't seem to be authorized to help with anything on your account. Have to call customer service for that. A lot has changed and none of it seems for the better to me.

Don't open a business account here they will hold your business check for up to 10 days! Making only 200 available. We will look for a new bank! Banner Bank has been great for our personal. Horrible for a business to not be able to operate due to a bank.

They don't answer their phone so I wasted my time going in there because they refused to let me deposit my "organized" change. I will never be returning here!

Long lines and long wait and they closed the drive through windows.  I cashed a check and the teller held up the money about her chin height to count it out for me. Thanks for letting everyone  know how much cash you are giving me. A little privacy would go a long way.

Pleasantly surprised with the service here. While there only appeared to be 3 people working in this bank, 1 window teller, 1 counter clerk and another man walking around, they handled the customers pretty well. I was about the 4th person in line to change some 20's into 100's, had to wait a few minutes, but when I was the 2nd or 3rd person in line a bank representative came up to me in line and asked how he could help, I told him what I needed and he went back and exchanged my bills. Was pretty happy about this, he didn't ask to see identification or if I had an account there.
