After waiting her turn in line, my mother who is elderly, using a walker and on oxygen was told she would have to wait for a newly arrived merchant customer to be waited on be taken care of first. Apparently respecting elders is severly lacking at this branch. Even the merchant customer offered to wait, but teller refused. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told basically that is just the way they (BoA) do it! Never ever will I give my business to the bank or any Bank of America. My personal bank has a Commercial/Merchant line set up. If there is no one in line, they will take next consumer. But never have I seen them take anyone over a disabled elderly person. Shame on you BoA, shame!

I've been a customer of Bank of America since this branch opened. This Branch is horrible. Usually one teller open with 20 people in line. I switched to Home Street Bank in Lakewood for most of my banking. I still have a account with BOA for my HELOC an online stuff. If you need a bank that requires you to have face to face interaction with someone. Do Not use this BOA. If you do you'll hate it.

If you enjoy the feeling of a company who holds your money making changes, adding fees, limiting the amount you can withdrawal at the drivethru, without telling their customers??? Bank of America is the place for you! Super fun to wait 20 minutes in line just to be told you have to go inside and wait another 20 for a simple withdrawal of $800

Worst BofA branch in the south sound as it normally has only one available teller w/ average wait time of 20 minutes.
