The worst and most terrible place I have ever been. Extremely poor customer service, lack of sufficient training for staff, incompetent management. They don't care about customers at all.

Sorry to say, but the service is not up to par. We've tried for days to call this branch with questions and couldn't reach anybody. No matter what time you call, no one picks up. I called my other bank and got someone the first try, it's probably time to switch to someone local that cares.

Manager change every month, employees are not trained properly. They canceled my credit card instead my account. I can never get a hold of the bank when I call.
