Went to ask for advice and person at the front desk wasn't helpful. Asked me to call customer service and that I can do everything online. Didn't want to work with me becusse of the small amount of $$ I park here (or at least that's how I feel). Marcus the financial advisor is good to work with though. I feel like he cares about people.

I went to ask advise about investment and accounts. Front Desk person asked my details and told me to call their call center. If i need to call the call center which i know i can,  i don't have to take time to visit the office.

I didn't like the customer service.
