I've been banking here for over a decade and they're attentive, efficient, and friendly. Much better than the B o A branches I dealt with when I lived in Massachusetts. Whenever we've had an issue, it's been quickly resolved.

I was attempting to add my wife to the account and instructed to bring back additional documents that reflected her name change. When she visited the same branch and spoke to the same employee (after having to interact with two other representatives and be told either they could not help or she didn't have the correct document) the original representative we spoke with on December 10 stated that the specific document he instructed her to provide was not sufficient. The process took more than an hour and required her speaking to four or five different bank employees. This seems excessive and inconvenient. As a result we are considering seeking other banking solutions. 
I am personally very dissatisfied with the experience.

Although I don't live near to this branch, THIS is where I go to do all my important business. The employees here are amazing! Freindly, knowledgable & accommodating. Always served professionally & promptly!
