Sometimes they yell across the room and it's distracting. They also answer the phone sounding like they don't want to be there. I did a loan two years and everything went smoothly for the most part. I tried to get one this year after being pre approved. They didn't give me the amount I was pre approved for and the process was still long. Their new hours are also inconvenient. They only do loans from 9-5 m-f despite their actual business hours. Idk their Sat loan time.

They are very slow.  They need more staff.  When you call into the office to see if you have been approved they leave you on hold for 20 to 30  mins at a time. They also tell you they will call you back and never do.  Called 3 days in a row and was put on hold and was told that they would call back and never do.  Bad customer service.

I had such a pleasant experience at this location. All of the ladies that work here are so well-mannered and do an outstanding job at their job. I loved my experience here and recommend it to anyone.

If you are in need of a loan and want good services this is the place to go! The team here gives you excellent customer service and will greet you at the door with a warm, "How can I help you?"I love how they always will work with you when you need a little time with your payments! Trust me, through my own experience they have worked with me several times and I am truly grateful for that.I can personally say the manager at this location truly cares about her customers!  Most places would not got the extra mile to help their customers,but World Finance at 4108 Convington Hwy #B, Decatur, GA, will do that and more!
