This is the Dept of State location.  Unless you are a state employee or with a state employee you won't be able to get in to this branch.

Not open to the public. State Department employees only.

Be advised: there is NOT actually a Bank of America at this location. I went to 122 C St. NW yesterday, and it was an office building. The helpful gentleman working the front desk said that people come in all the time looking for a BoA at that location because of the faulty information on Google Maps.
