This is hands the worst bank i have ever stepped foot into , The tellers are so rude i have never seen anything like this. I started recording every time i walk up to the counter. I served the US military for Many years and when you throw back my military ID and tell me that it cant be used as a second form of ID I quickly get offended. Also the cashiers check i was trying to cash was an Actual BANK OF AMERICA cashiers check so you would think they wouldn't need to put such a long hold on it. Avoid banking here at all costs!! If you notice there's a bank on almost every other corner in Myrtle Beach DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!

I went to withdraw money this morning and when I went to deposit it at another bank, I found out that they gave me a fraudulent $100 bill. I can't believe that this can happen at a bank of all places.

I went into the loan office with my parents I waited for them wail the handles their business when I was there this man named rick came out of his office 2 times asking me if I needed help i said to him both times that I was fine and waiting for my parents to get done after the second time I went outside by the my car to smoke a cigarette and the security guard keep on looking at me as if I was going to rob the bank

card wasn't working, so i came the bank to see about getting a new one. the bank tellers were very nice & helpful. i was told to sit in the seat & i will be helped. waited about 15-20 and finally received help. the banker then helped me reset my pin. (i used the same pin i use for my normal card) i leave the bank & i go to use it & my pin still doesn't work. I go back to the bank & have another seat & see there were now two bankers available. Both just sat inside they're offices on their computers instead of helping a customer in need ( i was in plain sight of their office) waited about 15 more mintues with no help. I decided to leave. never visiting this bank again.

I called for a week wanting to get information on opening a checking account. I could never get anyone on the phone. I feel Bank of America is not concerned with customer service or driving new accounts. When I called Wells Fargo I got a banker who took the time to answer all my questions on the first call. To bad Bank of America I'm going to use a bank who wants my account.
