Was with a friend who has an account here and he wanted to cash a $50 check. Patricia started helping him and she was extremely rude. She asked for ID and tossed it back to him and it fell on the ground. I was like you having a bad day. She rolled her eyes gave him his cash and asked what else you want. I was like really? Apparently someone already made comments about this woman on Google. She's ridiculous

They made me lose 500 bucks when I came to deposit. The female teller called Debi take my money and went to the back of the office for counting, where I cannot see what she was doing, she asked me to have a seat for a while and when she came back, 500 was missing. Noone there even the manager can solve the problem for me. They didn't let me check the camera. Very bad service and system they are. Do not come here.

I love this bank!!!!

But there is lady here, inside the door to the right side not in the open not in the office with curly hair!

I went to the bank to deposit money, however the teller told me to have a sit while they go to the back door room to count the money. and finally came back with a pile of notes lacking my 500$. I am 100% sure of the amount that I brought along during my trip. For no reason, I lost my 500$ ans  it just disappeared and they did NOT count it in front of me. What an ugly truth on this service!
