This Bank of America does NOT care about the person, it's all about the money they'll make. When asked to take a charge off of an account, they can't do that because the computer won't let them and it's impossible to override the computer.  Nothing personal at this branch, all controlled by the almighty computer.  And, yes, like the other reviews, few employees there and long lines everywhere with customers needing help.

Serious Lack of Integrity: Business Account Manager told me what I wanted hear rather than the complete truth about opening a business account. Then when I questioned her she kept changing the criteria.  They have wonderful tellers at this location, but like many BOA locations, just not enough available at peak business hours. Sad to see the direction BOA is going with its employees.

My visit to this BOA reinforced why it's best to avoid trips to brick and mortar stores. So much harder to deposit money in person than with their app...truly disappointing.

Staff is nice but that doesn't help waiting in long lines while only one register is open. It's a miracle if you don't have to wait here 😖
