I didn't even know there was a Wells Fargo in Wake Forest but I called and they assured me they were there! My first visit, everyone was so nice and helpful.

Very irritated w/ this branch.  I went in today to make a payment on my "Wells Fargo Auto Finance" loan, and the drive through lady assisted me.  I wrote down my account number on a piece of paper as well as on the check for her, and she comes back and says that it's an incorrect account number....and that's it.  No, "I need some additional information from you, because the system is not recognizing this account number", etc. That's it.  So I leave.  After I get home, I look on my statement and sure enough the account number is 100% correct.  I would call this one user error.  She obviously has no clue how to enter in a loan payment, not to mention a car pulled up and I think she freaked out because she wasn't going to be able to do both transactions, and I obviously did not take precedent. I will now mail my payment and pay a late fee, just so I do not have to go back in there.  How rude!
