Their service sucks!!!!!
Half an hr to get to a teller is ridiculous.....
Every time I am here its my story... they only have one teller working at peak hrs.....!!!
They need to get more!!!
Anyways I am not a happy customer.... every month they charge me for maintenance fee even thou I maintain all the criteria to avoid and I have to come or call the back for my refund....

Bank of America you need to improve on your customer service at banks for quick service since its our money we putting and our time... time is money and you need to value that.

Always takes at least 20 minutes to see a teller and there is never more than 2 working. Has taken as long as 45 minutes before. Have to always come during work since I work Monday-Saturday. Today is Monday and I've been waiting 35 minutes so far still 2 people ahead of me.

Incredibly slow. One teller every single time I come here, with a line all the way to the door. It genuinely is an awful experience.  The teller is a sweetheart, but this place is ran terribly.

Only 1 person working the counter and always a long line. Ridiculous. I only go here when I have to. Also no notary, what kind of bank does not have that?
