Jake is the man! Very friendly and polite, explains everything you need to know and walks you through you paperwork to help you understand everything. I was in a jam and he made exactly what I need happen for me:-)!!

The guy Jake is a giant douche. I lied on the loan application and they never even investigated it to see if I actually had a job. This place is a hack and charges way too much interest.

Payed off Loan and was told 2 months later I had a unpaid Balance of 121.63. Not only did it put a ding of  my credit but they refused to remove as I paid faithfully 10,300.00 on a personal loan very very unhappy .It's ridiculous

During the holidays my family looked to settle two bad loans for an aging great grandmother.  Mariner Financial on Security Blvd was polite, responsive and aided in a quick resolution.  I highly recommend them.   However, this branch of Lendmark did not bend, yield or show any compassion whatsover. 

To be in the customer service business, they did little to show any appreciation of their "customer" and their relationship skills are HORRIBLE.   You might get approved quickly so they get you hooked -- but they treat you like a second class citizen after.

Avoid this place on Baltimore National Pike like the plague.
