Not a fan of BofA, but it's a personal matter. This branch is too outdated

Will be cancelling my Bank of America accounts because of long waits and rudeness of mangager laura, who wouldn't even give me her last name.  She was incapable of opening up a extra teller booth.

Met with a rude, condescending, unsympathetic and factually incorrect customer service rep there. If this were representative of BofA I'd switch banks.
