This local bank has the worst customer service. It has taken me two weeks to complete a simple transfer. The first time was my error as I didn't have the correct information. I was told just to come by anytime during office hours and they would help me out. So I did, but Shophi who was working at the time told me she couldn't assist me without an appointment. Not what I was told. She said she was leaving for lunch and just got up and walked away. What gets me is the rude tone she used and not even trying to make an effort. She just walked off. I had to go to someone else in line to try and make an appointment who couldn't help me make one because they didn't have her schedule. All she had to do was give me one minute to make an appointment. I understand lunch trust me when I an hungry I need to go. But maybe she doesn't realize what good customer service is.
