I came to this location to withdraw from my Acct $1100. I had my drivers license but did not have my Debit Card on me at the moment the teller made me remove my hat she also made me write down my SSN on a paper than asked for me to write down my acct number so i opened the app she also ask if I can show her the app on my phone not sure why. I felt racial profiled at the end she said how would you like your bills? At that point i didn’t really care anymore once she open the drawer her manager came (an other lady) and told her not to give me the fund and wanted me to sit and speak to someone. This is really unprofessional and it’s racial profiling I went to a different Bank and they gave me my money super fast ! I will never again go to this bank and better yet I’m thinking of
Closing down my Account with BOA.Please have some one call me ASAP

If you are thinking of dropping by in the morning for a quick errand, think twice about that. You are going to need more than a few minutes to accomplish something as easy as a payment or a deposit. This bank not only did away with their drive-thru services months ago, but nowadays you'll be lucky to find even two tellers available. They have incredibly long lines that will eat up a lot of your time. And it doesn't matter how long they've been having this problem, they refuse to hire additional tellers. They're terrible!

If I could put no stars I would. By far the worst bank I've ever been too. Bank of America is really bad in service.

Bank is understaffed and mismanaged, expect to spend hours even if you're going for a quick errand.

Terrible service. They only have 2 tellers. That is ridiculous taking into account that the drive thru is not working. They have been "updating" or "fixing" the drive thru for a year now (or more). I just went to this location because it was close to me when I needed it, but honestly, I prefer going somewhere else next time. Another thing is that they do not seem to be bothered by the uncomfortable situation. NEVER AGAIN.
