The best experience ever in my life. The banker that took care of me today was very professional and courteous, she took the time to explain my options and was very thorough when explaining how the different type of accounts would affect me and my business.
She and her boss were diligent and super nice, and made my visit to my favorite bank a memorable good experience. Even though I have been banking here for a few years and have never had a problem with them, today I realized when I had to open a couple accounts for a new business that there are many reasons for me to like this branch but the main one is their highly skilled and super nice people and I will be a loyal customer for ever just because you don't find this type of customer service now a days easily.
By the way, their names were Andrea Barbeito, the assistant manager and Alyson Ichillumpa, the customer service representative.
Keep up the excellent work and my congratulations to Indiana Toro, the branch manager, for having such a great team of people.

I have always been very satisfied with the customer service, and the waiting time is minimum. I don't have an account with this bank but once in a while I go to make a deposit to somebody else.

Why. Because two things  
 they make you wait a long time.   
They actually have a problem cashing a check with a big amount....they refused to cash the check even if there is money in the account. Even if the check is valid.. Even If the check  is good... They don't want to cash you there own check more than $2000...
