Was very unhappy when I went to this branch. The manager is not a welcoming person at all. She needs to smile more and be more friendly. The manager is supposed to be a leader and she’s not. I won’t be going back to this branch!!

If I could leave this branch 0 stars I would. The teller had no idea what they were doing so i asked to speak to the manager. I believe her name is Raymonda or something. Well she was EXTREMELY rude and didnt know any answers to my questions. Then on top of it, as i was speaking to her, she just walks away from me! She said “she didnt have time for this.” Im sorry but I will be taking my money elsewhere to a different bank because as a customer, I did not deserve to be treated that way by their “manager”.

I bank here for work and all the tellers and management are very friendly when I come in. Even when it is very busy they remain positive.
