This is probably the worst bank I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS! Matter of fact theres a Flag Star Bank right across the street. Which seem to be waaay more efficient then this bank and there workers!!

Everyone at this branch is amazing and very helpful.    Terry the manager helped me when my idenity was stolen... she helped me get everything figured out and the money that was stolen replaced.   I have banked with many places over the years but National City is by far the best.
