I would not give 1 star but I had to give at least one....  Wait times are ridiculous.... Customer service does not matter..... ATM outside the door does not work.... the drive up ATM has trash through the lanes everyday..... most staff are unprofessional and does not move with a sense of urgency even if there's a full lobby.....  I have not returned in over two years because of the service... I stopped today because they are 4 minutes away from my job, but enough is enough  .......  I will not return.....  Very disappointing....

Absolutely the worst branch in Jacksonville Florida I have been waiting over thirty min. Problem is I just cashed a check at another branch yesterday for twice as much no problems...stay away from this branch ...

The wait times are ridiculous they leave one teller alone with 30 people in line.  I have complained to management but they either don’t care or have resources. Either way it’s a joke

I put an star just cause it cant put any less 
Their customer service is done through a machine 
Any service 
They close at 4 
... when everyone leaves the work at 5 
Their atm drive thru  works until 5 doesn't  matter if there are 10 cars in line and the Dumbar guys work in it 30 minutes before 5 pm ... any worst.... don't think so
