I had a pleasant experience today with someone named Miranda.  Even though she help me from behind bulletproof glass I felt she truly tried to help with my banking in multiple ways.

I can honestly say I would never trade my Wells Fargo baking for anything. I had the worst experience of my life trying to deposit rent money to my landlord through the drive thru. I have been doing this for a year and a half every month and had never had a problem. Until today Kaitlin the banking assistant told me that she could not accept my ID because it said temporary even though the ID was still valid. Keep in mind that I had never had a problem till today, after I asked to speak to her manager she completely shut me down. I felt completely humiliated like it was my fault that my ID said temporary, I honestly think this was a racial problem. So I decided to take action into my own hands and went inside to speak to the manager personally, were she apologized and process my deposit. I honestly hope this employee gets fired or on probation for denying me access to a manager. 
This will be one of the many reasons why I refuse to bank or recommend anyone to bank with Bank of America.

Miss Wright-Baker is amazing! She is very helpful with my accounts and cards as well as helping me understand them. I feel as though i have a friend in her. I will always come to this location and wait however long i must to see this wonderful women.

I don't know about everyone else who probably was obnoxious and got the response they deserve but I always had a good experience with this location. No, I do not work here. Unlike other locations near by this location drive- thru is ALWAYS available. I have an infant and a toddler so that make it VERY easy for me complete my transactions. Thank You guys!!!!

Hated everything about it. Never have enough tellers. Always really slow.. Doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or inside. Only come here because it my companies bank account. Think company needs a new manager because apparently they are not very good at managing this place. You do not have one teller on the day before a holiday.
