Good morning my name is Gaye Sharon,  I just recently opened up an account with you all. I recently applied for a credit card but I was approved for a secured credit card instead.  Mr. Ricardo Pamprin was the relationship manager who I had the appointment with. I specifically asked Mr. Pamprin for my card to be mailed at my P.O box upon checking in on my account I received a notification stating that my card would be mailed at the physical address I had provided.  For the last 10 minutes I have been calling Mr.  Pamprin and the bank number and no one has answered me. I am very dissatisfied with the bank. It started on the web site that the bank is not usually busy, but when I get the voicemail it states that all the employees are busy. To tell you all the truth you all don't deserve my 1 star. The Coolidge Corner branch needs more customer service skills.  I hope this matter is well adjusted. Respectfully submitted by Gaye Sharon Chin.

I'm a mother of five and run a small business and came to this branch to get an equity loan.  I applied through Danielle Gatti, who told me that she was my go to person.  I have never applied for an equity loan so was unaware of the process, but I obviously have a mortgage.  Never in my life  have I ever gotten such a run around from a professional.  I had to chase her down for information and to get replies from her.  It was only when I walked into the bank and asked for her did she reply to my email...the next day!  Nonetheless, I waited 3 months to get denied for my loan ( I got one elsewhere!) I received a denial letter today and that letter was dated November 30, 2017, meaning she knew I was denied but didn't have the descency to tell me when she called me this past week.  Shame on you!

Beau is the best!! He took his time and was patient with me when I swapped coins for dollars. This bank is gorgeous and the people are wonderful

No complaints with withdrawing cash from the ATM, or getting change for laundry, though those are the only services I have used here.  As far as I can tell, a clean, well-run.  Beautiful interior.  No complaints.

Generally good branch. Bank of America itself as a corporation is pretty terrible though.
