The staff is helpful and the wait isn't too long. They have stopped giving rolls of quarters at this location.

On of the first ATM only BoA's in the nation. There's still a person on hand for assistance but no more tellers here. 

I like it for the convenience. There are still some kinks to work out but they are fast on it.

When I first opened an account with quite a sum of money, they were so nice. But when I had problem, my money got stuck in the deposit machine and the record came out thousands short, they were so reluctant to help and said just go file a claim over the phone yourself. This place sucks. Go to the branch at Commonwealth. The staff there is so much better with service and help. 

Btw, I havn't got my money back yet and a month has passed. They refused to give my money back even though I have an actual record from the machine that said "your transaction has error and your money could not be refund. Contact your local bank". It's like I have been robbed by the bank for over $3,000. My advice is just close the account and go to other banks

This branch "has no cash". What is the point? Go to Brighton center if you need anything more than an ATM. Or better yet, close your account entirely and go somewhere more helpful.
