I just wanted to take a moment and thank Nick for all the hard work he has put in for all my banking and loan needs. Nick is one of the managers there and he was very helpful in any way he can be.  I recommend anyone going in and asking for him because he knows what he is doing. Everytime I go into this branch, I always leave happy and have no concerns because I trust Nick to do his job and he does it very well!!

I stop by this branch almost every other week and never have an issue. Nick Saras, one of the managers, is very knowledgeable and always helps me out when I need it. Recently helped me with mortgage and as a first time home buyer it was really appreciated.

Met with a customer service representative (Nick) who was a huge help and got some of my accounts straightened out. He spent enough time to make sure I was satisfied, pointed out some things I needed to do and got everything right. Thanks Nick!

It's suppose to be a super center with only 2 tellers working at any given time. Today i used the drive thru I waited for 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Looking through the glass I seen the long line inside with customers waiting and the 2 tellers running all over trying to service all of us. While the banking advisories all 4 were sitting at their desks .  This is so bad. They closed 3 locations to converse in this one and customer service is so bad. Thinking of switching banks

I wish I can give a rating of "half a star." I went in trying to get a card issue resolved, and the manager seemed to be very short with me and some of the customers, the location was short staffed (only one person at the teller), and  I waited 90 mins to be seen by a representative. The location has also been getting hit by a large amount of customers because of the Southfield (9 mile and Telegraph) closing soon. On top of that, my card issue was resolved, but then it happened again and I was put on hold for almost an hour and sent over to five different representatives. This was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I have had several issue with BoA since I got my account several years ago. Once I get my first paycheck from my job, I am switching to a better bank.
