Easy account set up!  In and out in no time.  Not a single problem!

Recently we visited CFCU for an auto loan.  My husband and I were very impressed with Dana Kemp who assisted us in doing so.  She was so helpful and had such a pleasing personality we immediately fell in love with her.  

When we ran into snag regarding my credit report Dana went right to work seeing that it was corrected.  It took a few days but she was right on top of it.  We received several calls from her and so did the auto dealership giving us the progress on what was happening. 
 
I want to say thank you to Dana for doing such a fine job and also to thank Community Financial for their role in this.  I have been a member of CFCU for many years and have always had such wonder service so the support here does not surprise me. It does amaze me that in today’s world where customer service is not like it was, CFCU is still abiding by the old fashioned rules of treating their members with great courtesy and respect.
