This bank should be closed due to lack of staff to service its customers. They closed the drive thru and now it takes forever to do you business and get out in a timely order.  They are now under construction, for what, so there customers have to wait sometimes 20/30 minutes to make a transaction due to only 2 tellers and only 1 during lunch hour.
The people that were in line with me yesterday walked out.  They just don't understand CUSTOMER SERVICE or don't care.

This is the worst bank with the worst customer service! !  I have never had a good experience here. The Mundelein branch is the worst !! They never return your calls and they claim there aways busy. When I went there in person there were only two people to help. The manager never bothered to help, just poked his head out the door and left me standing and waiting for half an hour then I just left. Very rude people.
