This bank is exceptional at customer service. The manager Robert is very welcoming and outgoing. Great way to keep a customer comfortable. He offered products I might be interested in and asked me if I had additional questions. Compared to other banks I’ve banked with over the years, I’ve never received the service Robert offered. I’m glad I opened an account with BMO Harris yesterday.

Rude and  very business unfriendly. and you can’t transfer money between counsel electronically. They’re also not on Zelle Pay. This bank needs to come into this century!
