I never make accounts to leave reviews but I did JUST for this branch. Not only does the staff/tellers talk back and question you when you try to make a huge withdrawal or change account settings, but the branch manager is just as bad. Saying it wasn't his job to take care of an accidental charge that BofA put on my account. Never been so disrespected before in my life. I like banking with BofA but this branch needs to clean house. I'm considering switching my accounts and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Due to other reviews I must say yes I am a customer here.  I was greeted by a Hispanic male and Caucasian female, both were extremely friendly. The Hispanic male ended up re-issuing my card and we engaged in friendly conversation. He seemed genuinely interested as well. I have to say my experience here and phenomenal service offered make me happy to be a bank of America customer and I will surely come back to this branch again. I believe the other 1 star review was posted in anger and frustration and has an unfair bias. 5 stars from me!

Last Thursday, in hopes to do laundry, I walked into the branch with a $20 bill and asked the teller if I could exchange it for quarters.  I was informed that this would only be possible if I became a B of A account holder.  I am happy with my bank, so of course I declined.  I was told that they do not give quarters in exchange for bills because of counterfeit fears.  Am I wrong to assume that their tellers should be educated enough to tell if a $20 bill is fake?  And if not, would they not give them the tools in order to do so?  I would assume that they have some basic anti counterfeit tools in each branch.  This may sound like a fairly trivial complaint, but walking to the bank on a hot day as a pregnant woman and being turned away was a great hassle.  Later, I drove to the local Chase bank, where they were happy to exchange the $20 bill for me into quarters, regardless of being an account holder or not.

This unfriendly and un-neighborly policy will prevent me from joining this bank at a future date.  Come on, twenty dollars???
