We bought our wedding bands slash engagement ring here. Worked Jo-Pierre and he was amazing. Everything was done perfectly, in a timely manor and he did not stop working until we were pleased. He really made us feel valued while at the some time having a huge knowledge base. A true professional and subsequently we will be life long customers of his, we would not want to work with anyone else.

Medawar went above and beyond for me. I appreciate the customer service that Kelly and James provided for me. They were amazing and made my experience so much better. They helped me track down and create the perfect gift for my girlfriend for the holidays. Thank you so much Kelly and James. I promise you that I will be back soon. I highly recommend Medawar. No doubt the best Jewelers in the Lansing era. Maybe all of Michigan.

A loyal customer for almost two decades, I decided recently to see what other jewelers in the area had to offer, mostly out of curiosity. What I found brought me right back to Medawar Jewelers Okemos. Nowhere else offers such a diverse selection, and the customer service is unparalleled.  I recently entered the store with mostly questions and anxieties about my desired purchase. Kelly was amazing, patient, and very thorough. She researched multiple options, called other stores and suppliers, and was basically relentless until she found the perfect choice. Jon-Pierre's work is incredible; I appreciate not only his attention to detail but also his commitment to keeping "blood diamonds" or "conflict diamonds" out of his store. I couldn't be more happy with his staff at the Okemos branch of Medawar Jewelers.

I took a few vintage rings to Medawar in Okemos for repairs, and I could not be more pleased with the end result. The staff was warm and friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. They took time and care in assessing the jewelry, and gave me an honest and up-front estimate of the cost and scope of the necessary repairs. I was given an in-depth receipt when I left my precious rings in the care of Medawar, which gave me piece of mind knowing that my jewelry was safe and accounted for. No work began on these pieces without my approval, which was very important to me as a customer. My jewelry repairs were completed in less time than originally estimated, and they are stunning!! I cannot say enough about the friendly nature of the staff at Medawar, but I will say that no other jeweler will have my business from now on.

I came away from my experience at Medawar Jewelers in Okemos with not a doubt in my mind that I had chosen the right place for an engagement ring.  All the staff was warm and polite and made the process very easy.  Huge thanks to Kelly for working to all specifications, deadlines, and alterations in the jewelry asked of her.  I would highly recommend Medawar and wouldn't hesitate to go back for any future purchases.
