This is by far the WORST banking experience you will ever have. They’re  always under staffed and never willing to go above and beyond to help anyone. I was there last weekend and they couldn’t help me get a new card. I had to stand in line to pull cash out and there  as at least 20 people in line and only 2 tellers. You’d think after several complaints they’d change. The people who work there are nice but you’d better plan to spend at least an hour. If you’re thinking about joining BOA I hope this is not the branch closest to you.

Worst branch ever.  Nice tellers. Never staffed with enough people on a Friday in a high populated area.  Ridiculous when I'm trying to deposit cash!  Taking all of accounts to BB&T.  Never have a problem there and less fees.  2018.  New bank.
