Customer service is absolutely horrible. I sat for an hour patiently waiting to open several new accounts, business and personal and I never was even greeted. I was walked passed several times and purposely ignored! Finally someone comes to me and still didn't greet me and just asked me what I was there for. I informed them what I was waiting for and he gave me partial information off of assumptions and went back to his empty office only to come back to me later and tell me that I had to come back and make an appointment. Someone could have told me that an hour ago! I will absolutely positively never give this branch any of my business. They were rude and completely unprofessional!

I wait to be seen by a staff member for 40 mins and only asked if I needed help when I was leaving dove 5 mins up the street to Garrett Road was seen in mins . I will never go there again the drive is worth it .

I went in there today for a deposit; and the teller was talking on her cellphone the whole time while she was helping me out. That’s very unprofessional and very rude. And by the way; that place is a complete disaster. Worst bank ever.
