i applied for a credit card and was told to step in a local branch with my drivers license (photo verification), i went to this branch and the "so called manager" by the name sukyna fellis took my info down and never faxed and emailed it to the underwriting dept. I'm talking about 2weeks now and she has still not sent the info to them. From what I'm getting, it seems she has lost the information she took from me and dont even have it saved anywhere. Why would PNC Bank appoint such a person to be a "manager" when there are other competent folks on the market.

Excellent Customer Service, Very knowledge Business bankers, Plenty of parking.

I like the service and their location is very convenient for me. I also like that they are open on Saturdays.

can't draw over 5,000 at a time even if you have 500,000 in the account. weird.

Service is bad tellers show no respect to customers. ATM is down on a regular basis. Do not do business at this branch.
