Waited in line for almost 10 minutes, 1 teller working and 2 other people just standing around chit chatting while a line of 8 plus people waited. I felt really bad for the 1 teller working as quickly as possible while her coworkers stood around letting her do all the work.

I would give 0 stars if I could went to cash my check which was written on bank of america which Im not a client of but my credit union couldn't process the check was told its 8 dollars for them to fix their own error or I could open an acct with them! No way never!

Where do I start? I lost my Debit card. Found myself sitting at this branch with an individual named Veleta. I was informed or now in retrospect misinformed about their temporary card that was issued to me until my new card came in. She hands me a debit card that says activate at the ATM. When I go to do this which is now after hours the ATM says invalid card. Next step, call customer service...big mistake! Sat on the phone for 45 mins. Sent to 3 different departments and the last individual tells me he can not do anything about it. Now I am leaving out of town in the morning with no access to my own account. I am extremely disappointed and will be finding a new bank that can actually help me.
