This 5 star review is for Jennifer Payne who works as a "Financial Sales  Representative" at the Furys Ferry Road location. I had an issue with fraud on my business account. I started on the phone with South State and had a terrible experience. I walked in to her branch very upset and just wanting someone to care and give me some kind of assurance that the bank could actually do something that day to help me. Jennifer calmly heard me out and helped me to realize it wasn't the end of the world. ;) She gave me a resolution that I was happy with while I was waiting on those ever-loving bank "standard procedures" to work themselves out over the next week. The people make the bank, not the name. Thanks guys! Shout out to Ricky Mays as well. He always takes phenomenal care of me!

Friendly staff, however, the bank operations itself, apply way too many restrictions. Especially with regards to automated calls in order to try in finding out what your own balance are! They require a mysterious pin, and it's not your usual pin, in order to progress onwards. So I gave up trying and just drive to the nearest ATM then.
