Went in to get Notary done and with one person in Bank told I needed appointment.   Left there and went to my other bank and was treated like a customer.   Likely done with BOA!

I dont enjoy wasting my gas to go somewhere that lies about being open. I looked up the hours and it said it was open on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm but when I got there at 9:30 they were closed.
