If you are looking for a bank avoid Bank of America. They have a service charge for everything. 
Stopped in to close an account waited 
30 min never was approached by Rep. There was 2 tellers and 1 of them was drive thru teller and 1 office rep. I asked a teller if there was anyone else that could close an account ? She asked, do you have an appointment ? I replied, no but was there a reason why something as simple as closing an account ? She said everyone was at lunch. I asked her was this something that was only done on Mondays? My question is why can they not prepare for walk ins ? 
We left and went to another branch and waited 15 -20 min and we were helped.
So why should it have taken 2.5 hrs total to take care of this tranaction that took 15 min to take care of.

Like i said avoid Bank of America

Staff is friendly, drive through lines get long at peak hours.

Friday and only one teller in lobby. At 10:30am??? This location is always understaffed

The service is terrible. the wait time to talk to a teller is rediculess  I am never coming to this boa again.
