They only have one teller is working and keep joking and chilling with the customer when there is a long line waiting.

This branch is a total joke!!! They have ONE teller working and LONG lines every time I go here. This all happens while the managers are sitting at their desks doing nothing! They don't even help out when the line is out the door. On some days this ONE teller is also doing the drive thru and your wait will be even longer. I have talked to the branch manager about this and she just brushed it off saying "what do you want me to do, hire another teller". Dah...YES. AVOID THIS BRANCH

My Mother in law whom lives out of town messed up on a Christmas check for My two children to get their Christmas presents and they wouldn't do anything to help us out with cashing it. My Mother in law has been a long time customer of Bank of America and I feel that they could have contacted her to assure that the check was ok, but instead they turned Me away and did NOTHING!  Merry Christmas,  never will visit your branch again!!!

Great service by the staff. Feels pretty secure here including the parking lot. Clean grounds here too.
