F U CK I N G HORRIBLE!! Waited 30 minutes to talk to a rude bank teller who proceeded to tell me I could NOT open a checking account after presenting her with a valid FL driver's license and Valid social security number, to top it all off they told me I would have to wait 10 days for a debit card, And would NOT receive one same day as they advertise everywhere (Including their own pamphlets that advertise this when you open an account) take your money elsewhere! I was not the only dissatisfied customer in just the visit I was there, in 30 minutes 2 other customers had came in complaining of ridiculous fees they were being charged and threatened to close their accounts as well, BS bank! STAY AWAY
