The longest line. I had to wait over 1 hour just cash a check.

Worst service of all Branches! Today is the 1st business day of October, so a lot of the elderly went to cash their check. Bank of America thought that the best way to serve their clients was to have only 2 tellers and close the business line. Nothing says customer service like long lines.

Good customer service, I understand that is not the employees fault that only 2 windows are open on busy hours they do their best to help customers.

Most of the times theirs a long line, security does not enforce people park on red blocking correctly parked cars. Instead is using the extra parking across alley . Lazy people. Rather than that the employees are professional and curties
