THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION! I had been waiting over an hour and there were still a couple families ahead of me. When I asked one the old blonde headed teller how many people were working, she blatantly ignored me. The service here is all around HORRIBLE!! I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star if I didn't have to.

Too long of a wait. They need to ditch the greeters and make them tellers. Nothing more annoying than being stopped and asked "how can i help you?" When you in fact can't help with anything. 

On key days like Monday and Friday you guys need 3 tellers. The wait for your banks are ridiculous.

We were helped today by two excellent employees at BOA in Greenspring (Cindy King and Angelo Williams).  Their help was invaluable for a complicated situation we had.  I am going to recommend this branch to my friends.
