I and another 3 or so customers came to the branch at 4:59/5pm and the manager or assistant manager locked the doors right as we were walking towards the door. We knocked she came by a minute after we explained what we need and she said sorry can't help. I told her I used to be a teller there and that's not how we do it. She said that's not my branch im just helping out here. Like she doesn't care. I called customer services to leave a complaint and they said they can't record a feedback like that. Afterwards went to Chase and got what I needed.i felt bad for the customer who was not tech knowledgeable and tried to make a payment for his travel agent. The lady said too bad you should learn how to use online banking. Wooow.... Good job! No wonder you guys have such a low review on here.

This bank need a upgrade it’s the only one close to my home, it needs a drive through atm ! Employees are nice and helpful!

Waited over 1 hour for a personal banker banker.... this location used to be so much better when it had drive ups and more employees. All I see is empty desks.. future looks grim for this branch.... great employees but not nearly enough of them.

I went in and let the teller know I needed a document notarized. Apparently they only have one notary there. She was assisting other customers so he told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I sat there for almost 20 minutes (what were those customers doing, buying the bank??) before another man came out to see if he could help anyone waiting. I told him I just needed something notarized and he said that woman was going to have to do it. So I asked "Well is it going to be much longer? Because I can't really wait." He said yes it would, and offered to make me an appointment for another time. I refused. I'll just go somewhere else. But I'm having a hard time understanding why someone couldn't tell me right away that I would be waiting at least 20-30 minutes?! What a colossal waste of time. Next time I'll go to another branch that's better equipped to handle more than one customer at a time.
