Poorly staffed, long lines, rude and untrained team. Do not recommend this place. I dread coming here.

line is long, upselling customers takes time, line grows longer, teller multi tasking allows the line to grow even longer.
The guy at the door to greet customers is nice. He ask me what he can help me with and directs us to the line. Tellers do their best, but I know they're overworked. Perhaps management can hire more tellers. Just a suggestion

Always very long lines. Plenty of staff to try to sell you new products that you don't need but never enough tellers to provide you the services you require
