Everyone at Chase is delightful. From Bob (the kindest man ever), to Janet in PC is a gem, Tim is truly out to help and goes out of his way to do so. April and the entire team are just exceptional. I occasionally come with my kids, and they have always felt welcome. I have been very please with them and even have slowly moved my account from Bank of America to Chase solely thanks to this TEAM.

When Chase took over WAMU I was more than willing to give them a try. Big mistake! I first got wind of something wrong when they failed to make a mortgage payment, which I set up via their Bill Pay service. I went online and found a message alerting me that there were insufficient funds to make the payment. I checked the account for that day and there were PLENTY of funds! Today I was online going over our accounts and realized that all of the automatic bill payments I set up to come out of our debt payment account were now coming out of our spending account, and THAT is why the payment wasn't made! Somehow, every single payment I set up for paying off debts was changed to come out of the wrong account. Can you imagine the chaos and havoc this could wreak on an unsuspecting customer??? Then to top it off, I just learned that my college girl, who often forgets to check balances before using her debit card, wracked up over $200 in NSF fees (and every one of the transactions were less than $15 except one and we had to pay $34 each to cover them!) even though we opted OUT of overdraft protection. If there isn't enough in the account then we want the transaction refused. Then college girl can call home and say "I need money transfered please" and voila! No fees! But they did not opt us out and it's fees up to our eyeballs. I doubt this is a local branch issue but rather a nationwide Chase issue and no matter where you bank from them, it will be a huge mistake. I'm closing all of our accounts and moving everything to Bank of the West.
