ATM always having problem. I’ve been to a lot Bank of America, but this bank always have problem. If you want to use the ATM just go to other place save your time.

There's 20 people and 2 tellers I've wasted over 30 min in line. No one seems to care the customers are on lunch breaks or in a rush...ugh!!!

Wanted to open an account here but ended up waiting an hour while they were calling people that came after me. 
They didn’t apologize and just ignored me when I asked when they did that. 
Definitely not opening an account at this branch

Poorly staffed leaving both customers  and staff frustrated. More tellers with bilingual Spanish\English skills. C'mon BofA, even with a bailout and still you can't get it together. For shame. My heart goes out to your employees who actually work with customers while you who sit on high reading this post and scoff.

TOO MUCH LINE! NOT ENOUGH WORKERS! I HAVE STUFF TO DO, NOT EVERYONE HAS YOUR TIME, WORKERS! THIS IS NOT CONVINIENT! I JIST CAME HERE TO DEPOSIT A COUSIN 200$ I OWNED HIM, AND SO FAR ITS BEEN 30+ MINUTES! 😐😐
