The manager on duty today is not familiar with the system. The bank has changed its access way to the safe box. Instead of asking me to sign up for a computer access code, he asked for my ATM card and kept telling me to enter the ATM code. After several failures, I was questioned for the mistakes. Then, he found out it was HIS mistake that the new system needed a different code, not the ATM code as before. But, he covered it up and blamed me that I should have known the code. What a ridiculous manager!

I like the automatic machines. Very helpful

Changes are always hard, and now that they are using the new machines many people get upset about the move, but they forget that this is a change to improve and make things easier. It may be frustrating at first, but over time, when people will get use to the new machines (Which BTW offer many options that makes things easier) they will understand why it was a welcome change.
