Worst customer service! Gave the teller 3 checks to deposit and she only deposited 2 checks and when I told her I had 3 checks than she showed me 2 of my checks. I have to come back and get a manager involved but the manager made me waited a while before he came to help me. It took over an hour and look through all the checks before they realized they missed the third check.

I closed my account because of this branch management.  Worst customer service I have ever experienced because of the branch manager.

It's 12:30 Friday Aug 4th. It's payday, lunch time, long line with only two tellers . I ask instead of having a greeter saying hello, why not put her behind the glass to help speed up. He asked if I bank with bofa I said no. He replied you can go elsewhere or wait.

This place is horrible it's so bad I work down the street and I rather ride 3 miles away to go my preffered branch it's sad they really are just all around failing in customer service it's sad I love the one by NSU
