Terrible branch to use. Management has no sense of urgency whatsoever. Go sit and just watch to see for yourself. They don't even greed you when you walk in...wait I'm wrong. They pick and choose who they greed. Considering being in a financial business, they truly don't know the concept that time is money. I have been resorted to other branch for service. Unfortunately, my safe deposit box is here. Average 20 to 25 minutes just to have someone let me in. So sad how this branch operate...

Horrible. I went in there to figure out why my checks are not being direct deposited on time in literally waiting about 3 days after the post date to revive my funds and the banker (Rebekah)tells me it's a made up account that your checks are being processed to. I asked her to fix it she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to wait until Tuesday to receive funds and my check post date was on a Friday craziness. There customer service is horrible they just sit and stare at you.

The only time I go to this branch is if I need something easy like a deposit or withdrawal and because it's close to my house.  Any time I have been here for anything else it's a hassle.  I tried to cash a company check, which they had done prior and all of a sudden they could not.  I went to another branch and they cashed it no problem. I went there to get documents notarized, which they have done before and all of a sudden it's against their policy.  I was also given the run around about a transfer they said they couldn't do, but after having to jump through hoops, they discovered they could do the transfer.  The managers and representatives all need to get on the same page and know what they are talking about before speaking.   Just because you say welcome and good day does not make up for poor customer service.  I try and go there as little as possible. I got better service at the UPS store who had no problem notarizing my documents.
