You seriously need to staff this location better. I come here almost every day to make a deposit for my employers and no matter what time I arrive, I have at least a 30min wait in the lobby for a teller. It is completely ridiculous for a bank this large to not be properly staffed in one of the biggest business districts in St Louis. The staff that you do have here are at least friendly and patient. I am thankful that I do not have any personal business with this bank.

I will never go to this location again. I have used Bank of America for at least 10 years. My husband's accounts are here. I have always been greeted by the staff. Always been told if it will be a few minutes or what have you. I have never been ignored completely and left sitting there while 2 of your employees pretended to not see me. I can understand being busy, but that's the only time I have been treated like that with this establishment no matter how busy...

Really? Your charging me $35 for overdrafting by 10 cents?  10 cents! You couldnt wait 3 days to get your stupid dime back. Im guessing Bank of America makes its money by taking it from low income people like me and giving some of it to rich people in the form of interest, no way to confirm anything. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Understaffed tellers. Don't use the appointment system. they served a person who was not having appointment while i was sitting there after having the appointment.

HORRIBLE in waiting time.. no matter when you arrive you will wait at least 20 mins at a minimum.. & let's not talk about customer service.. only reason I go its near my job.. :(
