I was just at the PNC at Wesport Plaza and am very happy to leave a gloating review. I came in with a problem that was not their fault, but another bank's. I had written two post dated checks and the person I wrote them to must not have realized, and went ahead and deposited them to his bank. His bank SHOULD have paid attention to the date and not allowed them to go through, but they did anyway causing my account to be overdrawn and incur two overdraft fees. There were three young men at PNC who helped me but the main one I was working with was Samuel (I didn't get the other two's names). He was very nice and understanding and was able to reverse the fees that I had been given. All three were very professional and eager to help me, they could see I was upset and really wanted to get this taken care of, and they got it done. I've done business with several banks over the years, but PNC has by far been the best! Thank you Samuel, along with the rest of the staff at the Wesport PNC!
